The sacraments
Reconciliation
Fridays, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 6:00 – 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and at any time by appointment. If it has been many years, say so; that is the easiest confession a priest hears.
All seven sacraments- What is it?
- Confession. You tell your sins to a priest, who gives absolution in the name of Christ. What is said in confession is never repeated, by anyone, for any reason.
- Who is it for?
- Any baptised Catholic. If it has been many years, say so at the start; that is the easiest confession a priest hears.
- When is it celebrated?
- At the times below, and at any time by appointment. You can also ask a priest after Mass.
- How far in advance?
- None.
- Preparation
- None to arrange. Take a few quiet minutes beforehand if you can, and the priest will help you with the words.
- Who should I contact?
- The parish office, during office hours.
- What happens next?
- Nothing to arrange: come, and the priest does the rest.
- Documents to bring
- None.

Ask the parish office.
Tell us a little about yourself and we will take it from there. Everything for Reconciliation begins with this one conversation.
The office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. You can also write to po@olof.in.
